Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
Any combination equivalent to a master’s degree in HR, business or public administration, or a closely related field
Seven years of increasingly responsible management-level experience, which includes substantial experience in HR, labor relations, and school district administration, preferably in a large, complex public agency
HR certification from either the Association of California School Administrators (ACSA) or the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) is desirable
