The Right of Way Agent is responsible for coordination of all Right of Way activities. This includes, but is not limited to, reviewing and commenting on plat referrals, obtaining adequate right of way easements and permits, SDCEA’s joint use and attachment policies, and performing other special projects as assigned. This position also maintains SDCEA’s records on easements, agreements, and permits, serving as the primary contact for all grants, permits, and rights of way.
